Macintosh PowerBook G3
The PowerBook G3 line of laptops were the first to be powered by the PowerPC G3 series of CPUs. The fourth generation of this line was code named ‘Pismo’ and supported CPU speeds of 400/500Mhz. A fourth generation of PowerBook G3 was introduced in 2000 with the code name “Pismo” named after the City of Pismo Beach, California. It retailed for US $2,499.
